But our n2 onsite generator adopts intermediate pressure equalizing. This process has many advantages. For example, it increases the nitrogen gas recovery. Gas production rises. A1: Take this 500Nm3/h low cost nitrogen generator as an example. Its purity is 99.99%. So the air nitrogen ratio is 6:1. We use Q to refer to the air capacity of the air compressor.
Q=500*6=3000Nm3/h=50m3/min.
Therefore, we should select the air compressor and dryer according to this air capacity.
