(2) Desorption process of compressor desiccant dryer
Desorption involves at least six processes:
Pressure relief→hot purge→cold purge→pressure boost→standby→TSE dew point energy saving control (Optional)→process change
① Erstens, depressurize the regeneration adsorption tower. Reduce it to atmospheric pressure. Then compressor desiccant dryer start next process.
② Zweitens, start the thermal purge process. Air is drawn in by means of a blower. Then heat it with an electric heater. Endlich, blow the hot air into the adsorbent. So they can remove moisture.
③ Then there is the cold blowing process. The regenerative desiccant air dryer utilizes 2% of the system air. It gradually reduces the temperature of the adsorbent.
④ The previous process ends. The regeneration discharge valve closes. Gleichzeitig, the cold blow regeneration valve remains open. Boost and reach operating pressure.

How to operate regenerative desiccant air dryer rightly
(1) Inspection before starting compressor desiccant dryer
① Erstens, check the appearance of regenerative dryer. Observe whether the adsorption air dryer is complete.
② Zweitens, check the electrical schematic diagram. Confirm if the wiring of regeneration dryer is loose.
③ Drittens, check whether the air pipe of each valve is loose. Neben, oberve whether the setting value of the pressure reducing valve is normal (the setting value should be 0.5～0.6Mpa).
④ Sometimes there are also compressed air filters. Also check that the front and post filters are installed correctly.
(2) Start-up steps of blower heat regenerative dryer
① Erstens, slowly close the outlet stop valve. Pressurize the two drying towers to pipe pressure.
② Zweitens, check the compressor desiccant dryer for leaks. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt, keep the regeneration exhaust valve closing.
③ Drittens, press the start button. Start the regenerative desiccant air dryer.
④ The regeneration exhaust valve opens automatically. One of the two drying towers begins to depressurize.
⑤ Let the regenerative dryer run for one or two working cycles. Then open the outlet valve again.
⑥ If there is too much dust in the air, please stop the desiccant dryer. And replace the desiccant beads.
(3) Observe the operation of the adsorption dryer
① The pressure of the drying tower should be the same as the pipeline pressure. The pressure gauge on the tower has a display.
② The pressure of the regeneration tower should be 0.
(4) Maintenance of blower heat regenerative desiccant air dryer
① During the first month, clean the filter element. And it should be replaced regularly in the future. Auch, clean the dryer muffler. If the regeneration tower pressure is greater than 0.035Mpa, replace the muffler.
② Every three months, close the pressure reducing valve. Then check the pneumatic valve for leakage.
③ It needs no lubrication in the regenerative desiccant air dryer.
④ Check the automatic drain valve on the filters every day.
⑤ Check whether the actions of regenerative dryer are normal.
⑥ Regularly observe the operating conditions of compressor desiccant dryer.
⑦ Check the filter pressure drop. If exceeds 0.07Mpa, replace the filter element.
⑧ Every three months, close the inlet/outlet valve. Completely depressurize the regenerative desiccant air dryer system. Open the desiccant filling port. Sampling to check desiccant. If the adsorbent is with oil and crushed, replace them.
