Working Principle of The Heated Desiccant Dryer
The zero gas consumption compression heat adsorption dryer is based on the ordinary compression heat adsorption dryer, adding an auxiliary high-efficiency cooler and related components to achieve zero gas consumption. The unique design, fuzzy cycle logic, perfect temperature control, and alarm functions are designed to ensure the complete regeneration of the adsorbent. It solves the problems that the ordinary zero gas consumption compression heat dryer can not adapt to the change of working conditions, gas volume change, adsorbent bubble water pulverization, and so on.
