In Line Air Water Separator Filter Introduction
This is our newly developed filter. The flow rate of the in line water separator for air compressor is 1.5m3/min. That is about 53 cfm. The Max pressure of our air water separator filter is 16 bar. And available filtration precision is 1.0 microns, 0.01 microns. Its port size is 3/4″ inch. The normal end connection is G thread. Of course, we can also customize the NPT thread.
The main functions are as follows. That is, to remove dust/particulate, water, oil, and oil vapors & odor. Different filtration grades, and different filter purposes. In addition, our factory provides several accessories for choice. For example, you can choose the manual valve, auto drain, or electric drain valve.

Firstly, it uses high-performance filter paper. The main material is boro-silicate nanoglass fiber. Therefore, it can guarantee the filtration precision. Secondly, the element is with 2 layers of stainless steel meshes. They are resistant to the impact of compressed air. In addition, there is a layer of high-temperature resistant needle felt inside. So, our air water separator filter can resist 80℃ temperature.

Moreover, our in line water separator for the air compressor passes strict pressure tests. There will be no air leakage when used.
(4) Has An Exquisite Appearance
The outer surface of the filter is treated with anti-corrosion. It uses a high-gloss topcoat. The inside of the housing is treated with electrophoresis. It is durable and guarantees the air quality.
