This product is not a sterile air filter for compressor. It only uses the stainless steel housing. The element is also the same as other coalescing air filters. Their functions are eliminating particulate, liquid, oil, etc. The housing uses the SUS304 or 316 material. So, we can apply the stainless steel compressed air filter for sanitary industries. Or use it for lithium and marine.
There are also 4 stage filter elements. The AOS is the pre-filter. And AAS is the high-efficiency coalescing filter. In addition, the AXS is the liquid oil removal filter. Finally, the ACS is our activated carbon filter. Particle filtration size is 1.0 micron and 0.01 micron.

Working Principle
The stainless steel compressed air filter consists of several parts. That is upper & lower housing, elements, and some optional accessories. The element includes several layers, including a cohesive layer, SUS304 outer/inner mesh, and HV filter paper. The air enters the SUS304 filter. There are mainly filtration principles. That is, interception, collision, and gravity settling.
During the filtration process, tiny particles are gradually agglomerated. Finally, they settle to the bottom of the filter by gravity. The drainer will drain these liquids and impurities.
