(1) Stable Low Pressure Dew Point
Our adsorption air dryer has a stable outlet dew point and high dryness. There are sufficient desiccant beads. Moreover, the adsorbent is of high quality. They have large specific areas and high adsorption capacity. At the same time, wear resistance is high. This ensures that it will not chalk up after long-term use. Service life is 2 to 3 years.

The switching action control is reliable. In addition, the electrical parts are well-known brands such as Chint and Meanwell. Therefore, the failure rate of our heatless regenerative desiccant air dryer is low.

Heatless dryers are the simplest in construction. We have already set and tested dryers before they leave the factory. So, there is no need for the customer to set it up again. Moreover, the regenerative air dryer has a wide range of control functions. There is a PLC programmable controller. Therefore, you can control and monitor the adsorption dryer remotely. In addition, this desiccant air dryer is equipped with a TSE dew point energy-saving control. This enables an energy-saving control mode.
Remarks: This function requires that there must be a dew point analyzer. The machine also has a prompt function. For example, it automatically reminds the maintenance for adsorbents. Of course, other functions can be customized as requested.
How Does A Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer Work
The desiccant dryer working principle is simpler than a refrigerated air dryer. This is because of its simple system structure. Desiccant beads have the property of absorbing water. It is a process in which the two towers continuously switch between adsorption and regeneration. The working cycle is about 10 minutes.
(1) Firstly, a refrigerant dryer discharges the compressed air. They enter the pipe through the lower inlet. Afterward, pass through two precision filters.
(2) The air passes through an open valve on the left side. Then, it enters Tower A from the bottom up for adsorption drying.
(3) Thirdly, the air comes out of the upper part of the A-tower. Most of the dried air passes through the valve towards the outlet.
(4) Ultimately, the air passes through the precision compressed air filter. After the filtration is complete, we obtain the high-quality dry air.
(5) The air comes out of the upper part of tower A. A small part of the dried air passes through the regeneration shut-off valve. It enters tower B for regeneration from top to bottom.
(6) The moist air passes through the open valve.
(7) Finally, it is safely discharged through the silencer.
