Technical Features of Our Compressed Air Dehumidifier
Highly Stable Dew Point
This 200 cfm refrigerated air dryer uses a 3-in-1 plate heat exchanger. The material is aluminum alloy. It’s better than a shell-tube heat exchanger. It has higher heat transfer efficiency. Therefore, the effect of freezing and water removal is better. Under standard working conditions, the pressure dew point is controlled within 2-8℃.
More Energy-saving, Less Energy Consumption
It has excellent heat transfer efficiency. Better than traditional refrigerant dryers (our AH series). Smaller cooling power can achieve an excellent water-removal effect. For example, there are two kinds of 200 cfm refrigerated air dryers. The power of the PD series is 1.3 KW. The power of the AH series is 1.5 KW. Moreover, the former has a lower dew point.
In addition, its energy saving is also reflected in the lower pressure loss. The pressure loss of the traditional AH refrigeration dryer is 0.02 bar. But the PD compressed air dehumidifier is 0.15 bar. Therefore, the entire air compressor system is more energy efficient.
Durable And Stable Quality
This 200 cfm air dryer uses the electronic bypass valve. Its advantages are high accuracy and quick action. Therefore, the temperature in the evaporator can be kept above zero. Make sure the water does not freeze. Prevent ice blockage. Moreover, there are high and low-voltage protection switches. It can ensure the safe operation of the air compressor dehumidifier.
In addition, the max working pressure can withstand 16 bar. And it adopts a micro-channel radiator + outer rotor fan. Provide stable heat dissipation for the system.
Eco-friendly
The plate exchanger is made of aluminum alloy material. And stainless steel is also custom. Both materials are not prone to rust. Therefore, there is no pollution from compressed air. It can be more widely used in the medical and food fields. Besides, the refrigerant is R410A. R410A not only has the highest refrigeration efficiency but also is environmentally friendly.
How Does Compressed Air Dryer Refrigerated Dehumidifier Work?
This 200 cfm air dryer uses a cooling system to remove moisture from the air. The process starts by drawing moist air into the dehumidifier. Then the air will pass over a refrigerated evaporator coil. The refrigerant inside the coil absorbs heat from the moist air. So it will cause the moisture to condense into water droplets. Finally, these droplets are collected in a reservoir or drained away.
Afterward, the cooled air will be passed over a warm condenser coil. It will heat the air temperature. This prevents the air from becoming too cold. So it avoids the dewdrop at the outlet of the compressed air dehumidifier.
The refrigerant in the dryer circulates between the evaporator and condenser coils. And it will absorb and release heat as it goes. A compressor controls this process. The compressor regulates the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant to optimize the dehumidification process.
FAQs
Our 200 cfm refrigerated air dryer is a regular aluminum alloy. But we can also produce it using stainless steel.
Yes. If other conditions remain unchanged, the humidity will increase after the air is compressed.
There are two common types of air compressor dryers. The first is a refrigerant air dryer. The other is a desiccant air dryer. The former adopts the principle of freezing and removing water. The latter uses desiccant beads to absorb water. The principle is pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption.
The warranty time of our air compressor dehumidifier is one year.
