How to inject lubricating oil?

Open the filler port. And add an appropriate amount of cooling lubricating oil.

Pay attention to the amount of oil when refueling. The oil level should be between the z lowest and z highest oil levels. Not too much and not too little. If there is too much oil, it will affect the separation effect. If there is less oil, it will affect the lubrication and cooling performance.

For a new air compressor, need to replace the oil after 500 hours. And also need to replace every 2000 hours thereafter.

(2) Oil filter replacement

Over time, the oil filter will also become clogged. When changing the oil, should replace the oil filter at the same time. However, in places with harsh environments, the replacement cycle should be shorter.

Specific replacement steps:

① Firstly, start the screw air compressor. Run for about 5 minutes. Raise the lubricating oil temperature above 50°C. At this time, the viscosity of the lubricating oil will decrease.

② Secondly, stop the 5 hp rotary screw air compressor. Wait the internal pressure decrease.

③ When the internal pressure is very low, connect the oil receiving device. Open the oil drain valve.

④ Wait until the lubricating oil is basically exhausted. Then close the drain valve.

⑤ Use a special wrench to reverse the oil filter element. Remove the oil filter. Drain the lubricating oil in each pipeline at the same time.

⑥ Replace the oil filter with a new one. Screw back the oil filter seat.

⑦ Finally, open the filler plug. Infuse with new oil. Keep the oil level within the range of the oil mark line. Tighten the oil filler plug. Check for leaks.
